Returns
There are no returns or refunds unless the product is damaged. In that case, contact us via email [email protected] or instagram.
Refunds
Once we recieved your return and inspected it, you will recieve a notification via email. The notification will also include if your return was approved or denied. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the full credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that this process may take a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't recieved any refunds yet, first check your bank account. Then Contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be applied. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is applied. If you still have not recieved any refunds after following those steps, please contact uns via email [email protected] or instagram.
Sale Items
Unfortunately sale items / custom pieces or pre-ordered items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges of damaged items. If you need to exchange your item for the same feel free to contact us via email [email protected] or instagram.
Shipping
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time to refund an item may vary.
